Last Saturday, I had this craving for my favorite dessert, choco graham tiramisu. However I wanted to make this variation (thanks Angie for the idea btw :D), so instead of 2 packs of graham crackers, I thought of replacing one with a pack of choco wafer. (choco pa rin naman un! :D). However I'm not that keen of going out, so I asked my nice (ahem!) younger brother to buy the ingredients for me on his way home. But since nakikisuyo lang ako, wala ako magawa kundi maghintay. Dumating ung pinabili ko around 2 a.m. na (Good thing there's 7-Eleven :) )
Finally, the ingredients were all there, ready to "cook" na! While checking on the all purpose cream, I found this recipe using choco wafers at the back of the label. (Hmmm! Sakto!). The instruction said to crush the wafer and add as another layer, but too lazy to crush them, I just added the wafers. Finally its done, I placed it in the freezer and waited for the "right time".
At last, the "time" has come. I sliced the "cake" and placed it on my plate. But what the *@#% ! I can't slice the wafer with my fork. Duh! It's too makunat...maybe I should have crushed it. Baka kaya ganun ung instructions. Haay! Ayan, charge it to experience na naman. Still it tasted good, so ok na rin. I just have to separate the wafer from the graham... so I can slice and eat the graham and just eat the whole wafer. Di bale, may next time pa naman (I asked my brother to buy 2 sets of ingredients, just in case... :D)
